Since the start of the event, I have not been able to enter the game in the afternoon and evening.
I still manage to log in every morning and every day at 10am, but after that the page only writes the Connection Issue message,
then connection to server lost Please click OK to refresh... :mad::mad::mad:

the game is loading so slow for me,it takes around 20min to load and once the island loads then i get 'connection error' so game is currently unplayable for some people. BB pls fix it

Every day problem at afternoons at evenings since last patch (09.02.2022).

I can play at morning, I can log in at 10AM (at work) to get reward from calendar, but after work I can't play.
I finished use flash client too (I used at evenings). That is unplayable too, too much lags, micro freeze and zone refreshed.

You must see the login activities!! This is not separated issue!!! I read from others too at global/help/guild chat too. The answer: download flash client from wiki and the problem solved.

If you can check which device players are playing from (flash client or unity) at evenings, you must see drastic decrease since the last update!!!

Today again, 15:05 connection issue, I can't play today again. When it will fixed? After 13:00 I started new bookbinder tome, but now server is full and connection issue :S

Just to clear! Connection issue is permanent (every afternoon, every evening) not somehing with my ISP. I try to connect some times every day afternoon. Although less and less, my mood is starting to go away. That was a great Connection Issue event.

Since 25/02/2022 I don't eperience any connection issue. It was tough 2 weeks :S I hope every1 can play now.

Expected, servers cannot handle event only players extra load.

+ event load, plenty of coop addies.

Edit:
18:40 CET, and as folks came home from work, ZR on home island every minute now, with freezes on each action, not playing addies or anything, just simple maint, sending explorers, geos.

Yep, Sandycove is in a right state, no chat server and all the refreshes are triggering even more lag and zone refreshes.
Even selecting buffs is near impossible, they don't respond to clicks but after closing the star menu, a buff appears to be attached to the cursor.

Event only players causing problems it seems

Delete accounts of players not logging in for (example ) 7 days and actually doing something

That would stop "server rush" for regular players

those are playing, just with the state of game, they log in only for basic maint. (some every day, some not) and are active only on events. Not that they dont want to play, it is just not enjoyable.

Beautiful end of Valentine 2022 Event when fields needs to be buffed with love tree and I'm expected to get over 20k of flowers to do final shopping. Probably will not be even able to spend any flowers that I own, because some dumb-ass invented Removal Phase without fixing bugs!!!

Ticket raised. It will take days to BB to get to it and the event will be already over!
I've never been so pissed by this game!

Now getting "general errors" that kick you out of the game, and login page keeps coming up with "you cannot access this content at this time".
Sigh, over a year and it just keeps on getting worse. :(

Lets wait for a message on the start page that is telling everyone that the problem is solved, or is at least existing. Even tough nobody can play, no message of any sorts that something is wrong. :(

It took almost an hour to get in today. I got error logging in.
So when i pressed Log in, i got that "general error has occurred". Tried with three browsers, clearing caches etc.
Scary!

Could I suggest that unless you are confident you have this current problem resolved that, you take, in good time, a decision not to end the event, as the result of numerous players loosing probably thousands of flowers would probably not be something that you want to deal with.

Yep, if you play TSO on side, its normal message over day. Causes reload. This one, or out of memory one, or some javascript error one, usually kicks you back on main game page and you just click again on play button, but on occasion it logs you out, so you have to log in with mail/password again.

The event is already in the deactivation phase since the 28th of February.

Since a lot of players are confused, I will close this thread, as the original reason why this thread was created is resolved.
