Gems from Mystery Boxes

Why I never have been collected gems when they appears from openning Mystery boxes? Yesterday again I received 40 gems but when I clicked on the loot they just dissapered but not counted with my existing gems. From time when you have been applied Mystery boxes I have been lost such way hundreds maybe even thousand gems.
