2 Generals to attack together ? Attack tactics please ...

Hi
I know that I can send 2 Generals to attack the same target .
My understanding is that they attack one after the other...
I want to know it I can make them attack together , meaning
instead of 200 soldiers attacking , 400 hundred attacking together .

I appreciate any input on the subject and any tactical advice would be most welcome.

no you can't

And that is a good thing as it would be hugely unbalancing if that was possible - it would trivialize the game as we all end up with more generals than we need and would swarm every camp and win every battle if the camp has no first attack- without losses as we would sent 10k troops with first strike to those camps if needed

Well ....
How do I defeat a camp with a 60 000 enemy unit with only 200 troops ...
I think it was 60K or maybe 6K , does not matter , I could not defeat it
not even when sending 3 Generals to attack it ...

you send more generals to kill all troops (those are called waves)

or you use buffs to kill first and then a gen to end it

or you block that camp/s and focus on the leader to kill all sector

The fact that you havent beaten that camp doesnt mean it is unbeatable within current game mechanics, just that your choices arent the right ones yet.

Usually with a strong leader, you use one or 2 waves to cull the others and then sent in a specific general with the right setupo to take out the leader (usually a combination of strong tank troops to defend the high damage weak troops

Either use a sim program to work out the best options or look in the settlersd wiki for a suggested setup that will work with your generals

The number of waves depends on which camp with which waves. For example back before we got skills and we first got the MMA to attack the final camp in Dark Brotherhood needed 18 that's right 18 MMA 1r attacks followed by the final attack with a Veteran to finish the camp off.
