I can't use PayPal to buy gems. It was the same when you last made an offer. When I click the button, it just revolves for a while then goes off.

Ubisoft - I connect from the 'News' page or directly from the game. I haven't had a problem until the last 2 offers - not that I'm that bothered but I like to give BB the minimum from time to time just to keep the game going. I was much more inclined to give when I could choose my currency. I could just put the card number in if I wasn't too lazy to get up from my desk & get it!

If you are having problems with buying gems with PayPal on Google Chrome the following trick might help.

Using PayPal to buy gems opens a popup window that Chrome pop-up blocker blocks. You can open the blocked pop-up from the icon in Chrome omnibox.
