Xtra building queue slot missing

The other day I bought a permanent extra building queue slot.
The gems were taken but I didn't get the extra slot! I still only have three slots and in the merchant I now have only 2 left to buy, which prooves I bought it! But as I said I still have only 3 slots and the gems is gone!

Is this a known issue?

well the first station would be customer support, not the forums if you want reimbursement etc

Yes that's true but I also would like it to be fixed if it is a bug so that the next two slots wont have the same problem. Seemed like the right place to report it first and maybe support later was the plan. But thanks

Was it in your star? The extra slot goes to your star, then when you click on it you get the option to apply it. Worked ok for me last week.

Just checked, yes it was in the star menu. Didn't know it went there. Problem solved, thank you :D

yea- add that as an improvement to the game, improve description in the merchant )
