Hi,

Northisle [Realm 2] doesn't seem to be working, can i get an update on that?

I always get a "Connection to the server has been lost. Please wait while we try to resolve the issue."

and after a few minutes.... Please click OK to refresh your client.

This keeps repeating all the time.

I already updated browser, cleared cache... nothing seems to work.

The server is online, so please try all the basic troubleshooting:

1. Clear Unity cache
2. Clear Web-Browser cache
3. Clear cookies
4. Wait about 15 minutes before trying to connect

Please make sure that any Anti-Vrius software you have or a firewall is not blocking TSO.
