Hi team,
Quest Send Out The Explorer has not been completed after conquering the colony.
I have logged out and back in multiple times, which does not resolve the issue.
I have tried a couple of times to look for an expedition with an explorer, and that did not complete the quest task that requires just that.

Impact:
Can't claim the reward.
Subsequent quests are blocked.
