My token mints are at the will not complete production, thay are each waiting for 896 oil. See the attached screenshot.
3 have completed using a total of 2,688 from my storage but I now have only 1 oil remaining.

[Solved] sort of. Had to demolish all 11 of my token mints and then rebuild rhem.
