What the God damn hell is going on?

I've been playing The Settlers Online now for, I don't know, 8? years.

A few months ago, I decided to take a break from the game due to health issues.

In the past, I've always logged in to the game via Facebook. Today I've just tried to log into the game, via Facebook, and encountered so many problems.

I tried lots of different things - different browsers, enabling cookies etc. however I have tried I CAN'T LOG INTO MY OLD ACCOUNT :mad:

Not only have I now wasted countless hours, but it also seems like I have wasted LOTS of real money purchasing gems.

UBISOFT, if I can no longer log in, I wan't all of my money returned. :mad:

What a stinking joke...

thats the procedure to go through, if that aint working, reach out to BB traffer as support seems to be on the blink

Exactly as Qualan said. Facebook login is disabled, so you need to migrate your account to the Ubisoft platform. You can check the guide, and if you have any problems, please get in touch with our support team first. If you will be not able to solve this issue, please send me your Support Team ticket ID via Private Message in the Forum.

But I couldn't get into my original account to do that!

STILL can't find my old account!


All that time getting up to level 59 (that or 57)!

And all of that money wasted purchasing gems ::gem::::gem::::gem::
