I have 3 Generals and what to " get rid " of one .
Is this possible ?

No they just stack up in your star BUT if any that you do not use do come back into fashion you will be happy. Having more of a type of General can save a lot of time when adventuring so 3 is not a lot. I am happy I have 6 at least of many generals.
