This is still a bug. When you add oil into the oil mill the queue only shows half of the amount added. It therefore looks like you will only get as much oil back from the building as you add into the queue (i'm assuming you do actually get the correct amount though haven't tested).

About the 2050->2150 reply. That is 100 orders added, not oil you get. It already cost you 200 oil to add 100 orders. And will produce 400 oil.

I'm only seeing half the amount inputted show up in the queue.
