Server zone crashed

5 hours ago I was thrown out of the game and I cannot join anymore. Other players cannot visit my island. Is someone else experiencing this issue ?

I have the same! After today's update was able to log in and play for about minutes and then I got exactly the same symptoms. Opened ticket with BB support but I understand it's gonna take days to resolve, so bye bye footballs :(

That is very pessimistic.

We are now in the week of inactive event but active shop so you can still spent your footballs till beginning of next week

So as long as it less than 6 days you should be fine spending the footballs

i got exactly the same thing yesterday and still cant log on :( How do i fix this as I really like the game and dont want to be thrown out of my guild, which i might because it wont let me access my account - it logs in fine but wont launch the island part

Experienced this problem on 15.09.23 just after activating Concert Hall buff and sent in a support ticket (19044296-waiting on a response at time of posting this) and still cannot launch island as I get exactly the same info as original post.
