having log in problems again today cleared everthing, this game is a joke now with all the problems

I got it now 21:40 18-06-2023 - for 2-3 hours

can login but game never finish loading after click play

same as if I left game and tried to reload right after which can lead to game load failure

but that usually clears up after ½ an hour or less

tried 3 browsesr - all fail

I was logged in fine earlier today, but was having issues with quests so I refreshed the page. It asked me to relogin and now I'm stuck on loading after clicking Play. I see an error in the console but not sure if it's related:

Having problem to log in here too. Got akamai error on .js files earlier, not it just stuck at 80%. Tried to wait, tried on 2 differents laptops, it simply dont work :/

cant log in after maintenance, been over 24hrs now. keep getting this..server zone crashed.

I also haven't been able to load into game since yesterday. I did manage to load into game after maintenance checked my mail and crashed. Haven't been able to get back in since.

Folks, if you are reporting a login issue, please be more specific - what kind of problem are you experiencing? Is it "Locked Zone", "loading bar stuck at 90%", or something else? We need as much detail as possible to investigate this, so a generic "I can't log in" message won't help us.

We will perform maintenance tomorrow to resolve the "locked zone" issue.

Trafffer cant log in again, its the loading bar stuck at 90%, up until yesterday loading has been very good, but have now been trying for over 12hrs, have cleared caches and flush dns all no help?

For me it was "loading bar stuck at 90%"
The following is from memory as after not attempting to login for 24Hrs, I have been able to get past the 90% and load the game today in reasonable time. Thank you.

It happened after collecting bulk loot email into my Star Menu and a generic error message on the zone displayed. Ended up back at the Homepage. Cleared cache even tried on a clean install laptop I happened to be setting up.
I am running Win10 22H2 using Firefox 114.0.2 (64-bit) all up to date.
F12 showed 4 errors and a lot of attempts to load a akamai .js script with some attempts hitting 729 times before moving on, and it appeared to me to be cycling through the attempts.
Hopefully I won't need to but if it happens again; I will take note of the errors and the name of the script and report it to you.

I haven't been able to login again for the last 2 days. It gets stack when the login bar reaches the green, at about 90 %. Done the cleaning up, restarting, chrome, edge... the same, result. 😥😥

Same here the game loaded in some state in the morning but a weird state, like the land is not rendered, only some building graphics are loaded etc.

After a couple of refreshes and cache clears I got stuck in the loading screen and eventually once I managed again to log in, still have broken graphics...

weird.
