Guild Quest changes

Why does the daily guild quest on Newfound not change until 10-11 minutes after top of the hour, however other servers change at the top of the hour? It changed today for me at 1311 CEST.

Is there any ETA on when the next guild vote will occur? The timer appears to be stuck again.

The chat system has bad time sometimes too, it's strange sending a message and seeing it dated 20 minutes ahead of time. The server hardware is probably so old at this point that it can no longer track time properly (flat bios batteries?).

Happens on Northisle too, ours usually changes about 13:11 as well

Is there a trick to find out how much time is left until the guild quest changes? I am not sure how show you the delay.

I think you could do one before and one after the "refresh" with the Windows/OS clock visible, since they occur close together. If you also know about any other "de-syncs" please let me know.

i think there should be some more things be reworked, like producing/droping aunt irma buffs - i hardly use one of those but there is a ton of them in star
