i can't log in, been trying all-day
cleaned cach 50 times
screen loads to the progress bar then sit's there and doe's not change

even tried client with the new update
that does not work either
keeps telling me it's out of date even after I downloaded new swf

need help please BB

You do realize that client is considered illegal software by BB and you will most definitely not get support in making it work from them?

I know i was talking about unity
but if you read I said that I even tried client as well

Tried logging in but it gets stuck on progress bar.

Cleared cache but still had to refresh several times before it loaded

There is also an issue when logging out. If log off fully you get the general error message pop up

The game keeps loading a sound file over and over again until it crashes

EDIT: I got in when I blocked that file from downloading

I am having the same issue since more than half an hour now.
Tried logging in multiple times from Chrome as well as Edge.

Even I am logged out again. It has been an hour since I am trying to login.

Tried using Chrome, Edge and even SLIM browser (I read about it being good for TSO).

It is strange because it seems to be happening with Northisle and Sandycove realms only going by the posts above.

but the game won't load past the second screen it just sits near the end and won't load game

I have tried many browsers and cleared the cache a lot and tried playing many times
been off since Thursday night and now its Sunday, so lots of time lost for my island

In my case also it is stuck here forever. I updated my computer drivers as well, still I cannot login.

P.S.: I could just login now on Sandycove. Multiple attempts of clearing all caches and trying to login, finally made it on Chrome.
