Print Press Workshop faulty or useless

It's been about a month now after the Footie event when I got a Print Press Workshop and I can tell it is not working right. It won't work on buffed buildings (will not flag them either, however, it will flag the unbuffed buildings around it). Also, the buff zone won't work. There is nothing in the description of the Print Press Workshop that the buildings must be unbuffed, so I presume it's a bug, which makes this building completely useless.

All Area effect buffs work that way- if building is buffed, it will not overwrite the buff

Zonebuffs usually will only overwrite other zone buffs - or not at all- if they are better than the zone buff already running

Dunno what the buff is exactly as it was fairly underwhelming so i didnt buy the building but it sounds like you used a area-of-effect buff

none of these have the description that the buildings in the AE range need to be unbuffed for it to stick

Yes, exactly, no info in the building description about the specific conditions to use it. The building is absolutely useless (if you buff your buildings). I feel scammed. Do not recommend.

The building works perfectly fine - if you want to feel scammed, feel that for the quality of the buffs but not the general game mechanism or a lack of description of said mechanism on every single buff/building that uses the mechanism.

Every single area of effect buff - from buildings or buffs works exactly the same way- Irt does not overwrite an exsisting buff

You encounter it once and roll with it/learn the game mechanics

If they would have to put the working in and disclaimers on what buffs do and don;t do- we end up with buff information windows with a scrolldown menu
