barracks not training new troops

started a load of new troops at the barracks, while the appearance buff was active - now they are just sitting there not being trained, but the settlers have been taken from my amount available. is this a bug all over or just me?

The new barracks skin is bugged. Use third eye buff to remove it and your barracks will work again.
