Number formatting for trades at 10M+ and 000 separators

Two items:
1/ Visual defect: scientific/non user friendly value appears when placing trades at value 10M+
2/ Visual improvement: 000 separators would be sensible in all areas of trade/storage/star menu

The issue is I have to look at it whenever posting a trade ;) no idea if anyone else has that much yet, kinda curious
