re-appearance of the "locked to buy" items in guildmarket

The current building reward - recycling manufacturer- is locked for many players yet again (previously this year it was the frairy)


Any intention to solve this in this cycle or will it be the usual "we will investigate" but not actually unlocking the item?

Many of my Guildies have their Recycler locked, myself included.

Same issue, recycler is locked - and it seems that anything 'desirable' is ALWAYS locked .. makes me feel like voting is simply a waste of my time.

Anything locked usually means that you bought the item before, similar to zoe being locked due to a maximum reached, this was rectified the following year so hopefully a fix coming. Never heard the guild market having items locked if you never bought it before though.
