Game Credentials not being passed

At about 1hr 40 into the Halloween event I got the connection lost message. attempting to log back in with Chrome, Brave, Firefox the game is loading but shows connection lost. Avatar shows none of the expected information. it's appears your Credentials are not being passed from Ubisofts log in server to the game servers.

Update issue is just affecting my Sandycove account. No issues with Test server or Zeus.

Same for both players in our household, error occurred a couple of minutes later for us, but before 11:45 CET

So will i be refunded for my pump fields, as the game disconnected as i was building my fields which mean they running unbuffed at present, many thanks BB

gosh ye, forgot about pump fields - not buffed atm. only short buff, waiting to buff them with Love Tree before lunch. And also all my explorers coming home and sitting there. BB sure knows how to spoil the fun.
