Is this a me problem, or a BB problem?

When the loading page gets stuck at about 90%... why? I clear the cache, doesn't work. Leave it for a day or two, come back try again, oh it works now. Why? Is it me or is it you guys? I would love to know, thanks.

Happens with me every single day. The usual time to login in the game varies between 3 mins to 8 mins and the screen gets stuck right at about 90%.

On a really unlucky day, it might take 10 mins. I prefer logging in after few mins/hours if it takes long time now.

And yes, I use a suggested "browser" by BB for this browser based game. (Mostly Google Chrome & when the game does not load - Opera)

Please try using a different browser and/or continue refreshing when the game gets stuck while loading. At some point, the game should load. This is a known issue.

Basically, if your normal login time is say 60s, and its stuck on 90% for double, hit refresh.
My normal login takes 15-20s, so when its stuck on 90% for about a min, I hit refresh, usually takes about 3 attempts. Most prob issue with connection, when it cannot get all the data its stuck in some loop.
EDIT: Waiting for it when its stuck over normal loading time might work in some cases, but took me over 5m, so refreshing delivers better result most of the time.

The same for me and with different browsers. I keep refreshing several times until I can get in.

Still this problem occurring. Tried already three different browser and also cleared every browsers caches...

Edit: And if you managed to get game loaded after six hours trying, you get connection issues every other minutes so playing is impossible. Which ends on server error and game kick you out.

I just press F12 then storage and press "clear site data" then refresh and back within minutes
