For two days now game is unplayable, hammerman, server failed message. I thought for once i may be able to play one event but no. You locked me out my game for 6 weeks so missed 2 events, now here we go again. Cant send explorers out or do Adventures because of this server issue. Whats going on? Sort it out please. Alot of unhappy players here on Sandycove. We all want our footballs.....
I cant even login to game to pick rewards...

Quite strange. I get in, have chat image for half second and get a brown background just after or simply get hammerman spanking a server.
PS: I get a new message saying I don't have hardware acceleration when its active and my drivers are up to date.
this game is a joke it cannot be called a game!

Unfortunately BB seems to have nobody working on a weekend, when most of us want to play the game. So I guess we wait until Monday... Hopefully the event will be extended.
I doubt that very much. what about our prem or pfb, thats getting wasted whilst we cant play.

gen's don't start moving - connection to the game lost, while internet connection is working without any hicks -- i suggest working on performance and usablility and not the optics till fixed (all)
Can't even log in - if it gets past the loading page, it is stuck with a blue background and shows a default avatar and no level information under the avatar. Correct friends below star, but it doesn't finish logging in and I cannot click anything.

Northisle is playing fine it's just sandycove which is unplayable sadly.

Log in... island start to load, and crash... even not possible to open daily calendar door... I don't speak about sending explos... or trying to validate event quests...
Looks only Sandycove users have issues here.
And I confirme that all realms work perfectly on France server...
This time again, thanks to BB to assume a technical maintenance monitoring during the week-end of the event ... that's nothing more the peak of player attendance.
Could we expect one day to be able to play a whole event without trouble or is it a dream ?

Yet another event with wasted PFB/Prem time unable to play most of the weekend. Could have been a great event for people but it's a nightmare and pointless trying until they can actually fix this game
Cannot play since Friday night, put up the ticket but no response whatsoever during the event. This is really f....ed up game.

the sending of explorers is getting more and more annoying. after sending nine the game pauses for a minute or so and then the return that they are sent wil come as if they had a multi send.
I would like to do this on command. Type Name, Select All, Select Find Treasure, Select Treasure Search (Long) And Then the Green Button, and all 90 Explorers are going

I managed to get in this morning to do YWC, which took 5 hours because I kept getting booted, server fail etc, but this has been an issue since Friday, 2-3 days of Prem and PFB wasted, not happy

Here on Sandycove it wasn't so great.
The server is f***ed and has been for 2 days.
You owe me a serious sh*tload of XP, balls and event resources that I was unable to collect over the weekend for not being able to send explorers (game crashes) or doing addys (game crashes, hammerman, spinning egg-timer every, I mean every time I try to load a general or send.
I would have done a minimum of 8 Woodys over the weekend, on PFB and Prem, 4 of which under Scout.
I didn't have the time or patience to repeatedly reload, wait, wait, reload again...3 different browsers, caches cleared, so don't come with your usual excuse 'it's my fault'.
Maybe you should do a data centre migration? Oh wait, you already did.

Absolutely agree, the only server to go down and by the time it's fixed that'll be 2-3 days of prem and PFB wasted, no explorers sent, 1 addy completed for the whole weekend, not acceptable!!
You lucky to have done at least something. I was out for two days until now. Even missed calendar window from yesterday.

it was starting already before in the way that collecting collectibles would make them stuck in the "tingly" mode and then all of them would pop up a notification at once after a few seconds. those seconds got longer and longer, till they took forever, and i would have to reload the game and start over..
all the time connection to server lost, lags, and loading the game getting stuck on 80%.. i keep reloading the page and once it loads - connection to server lost after a few seconds.. and it does not resolve without reload.. which needs o be retried maybe 5 times until it actually loads.. perhaps it's a vicious cycle on the backend if everyone is doing that.. anyway, currently it is not really possible to play.

i had a window where it was manageble to get some clicks done - but now it is back to unplayable -- support wasn't supporting @all except to say that problem is known and will be handeld :D ignoring the other 4 topics i put in the mail ROFL

On my ticket the have responded that issue has been solved. This is very ridiculous.

If its not resolved you just click on mail it gives you options for more information. Trust me when i know what you are going through with that.
Give them time to get computors loaded up and let them go through all the forum pages. HAPPY MONDAY everyone lol.
a shame they have not sorted out the issues with sandycove. The server has a long history of server specific outage and you would have thought that moving datacenter and upgrading ervers would have been the best opportunity to solve the server specific issues

On EU Sandycove we are in low mode since Friday afternoon... Possible to play only starting at... Midnight...
On German servers it's the hell since Thursday... and dozen forum pages of complaints, totally justified... but a BB to answer they know the problem and they are working on... even on Sunday...
On French servers... surprising... but ... no issue...
Here, on BB side... No one...
We are only on event... what a relaxing game !!
I've had issues with loading for 2-3 days, it freezes 3/4 through loading screen, eventually it goes into game for a few seconds before throwing you out, it is unplayable, and right in the middle of an event, useless.

Can't get a connection for more than a second, if I'm lucky, unless I was up at 05:00 and then I could connect.
It was the ONLY weekend I could have actively really played for this event, had three MCCs lined up ...
What a waste of Prem and PFB ...
Again can't log in at all, loading ends with hammerman. What is BB doing? Starting to get annoyed a bit. :) Thought if they done nothing during weekend they will be all over it at least on Monday. Apparently not.

Do BB/Ubisoft don't recognize that there are problems with the game and has been for more than 60h? Why don't they give us any updates on the problem? Why not post something on frontpage? This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced.

I am having all these problems on Newfoundland, and now I can't login.:)
Game froze, refresh resulted in : game not avileble....
Northisle joins the "party"... yeah !!!
Just for the balance... they are swiching newoundland and sandycove so sandycove users can play for a while and newfoundland cant... its a social experiment :)
We're looking into login and lag-related issues and aim to have this resolved as soon as possible; thanks for everyone's continued patience and understanding in the meantime. I'll update this thread if there are any new developments or when the issue has been fixed!

You know BB, if all it takes is a server reset, couldn't someone monitor and do that at the time (Friday/Saturday)?
Would save so much pain for your customers and even more (if it were possible) reputational damage to BB.
Now you got to go to all that trouble of compensating people for 2 days loss of event play.

You are not alone. It means your island has been locked. So has mine. So have others as well. This is happening periodically and at random now. Apparently they can run a script to unlock these arbitrary lockouts. Apparently they haven't done that since the collapse of service over the weekend. I understand that they normally run it every 24 hours. Given the scope of the problem, it would be nice if they ran it a bit more frequently than that.

Are there going to be any extra information about the~60-70 hours problem. Are you waiting for more information, decision or this one line was all the communication we get.
In numbers this was 3 unplayable days. which is roughly 15% of the event duration, which is 18% of a paid PFB service.

This is getting beyond a joke now. No new levels which should be easier to do than adding bigger cats to a Gens Camp and a new gold roof on a building.
How about giving the players some of the stuff we have asked for rather than what you think we want. Your crystal ball is as broken as your servers so you will never know what we think we want. Just act on what we have asked you to provide:
1. New Levels
2. Multi send Explorers
3. stable server
4. unbugged new adventures or quests
That will do for now. what we don't want is anymore new SKINS!

i agree - there should be some priorities set to users expectations
- new levels ( going slow to have someone left)
- multi sending for explorers - there are a dozend possibilities to implement them, easiest - adjust the functionality of the mailsystem - select explorers - select searchtype /duration - hammer them away no need for a fancy gui
- stable servers
