Forums downtime (error 503)

The forums seem to be down more than up for me recently, the main site works fine but then the forums fail to load with a 503 error.

Is this happening to anyone else or is the problem unique to me?

Happens to me every other day, by now I just assume its a feature rather than a bug. Not like theres much to read anyway.
