Hi,
Another weekend another failure for BlueByte server. Are you not ashamed, do you have no shame. When will it be fixed?
My guess is Monday as nobody is paid to work weekends. BTW can the Sandycove CM actually visit Sandycove to get feedback?
Otherwise another CM please not the chocolate fireguard.

Also having server issues, can't visit another island, just says server maintenance try later or just disconnects completely. Can't continue quests but as main island is fine i can do some things until the "try again later" suggestion becomes a working option. Like you. i don't expect much change before Monday but will persevere, just a minor inconvenience compared to previous issues. So in the grand scheme of things, it is getting there ;)

WellI'm glad for you that you can get online, I'm Sandycove and well and truly locked out.
You messaged me in sandycove today bb is at fault not other players, I am currently out but watching the test match
Another Friday game goes down again is it a deliberate act or just incompetence :)
friday 9th 23:00 to sat.10th 01:30 (now): impossible to get to adventure, "Loading map..." for dozens of seconds then just vanishes and back to home island without changing maps. Then suddenly it works for a few minutes, the stops working again. I'm o networking expert but this is reminiscent of dns propagation errors where some servers have the correct IP address and some don't depending on where their lookup lands.
Update 02:20 CEST: still randomly recurring: sometimes visiting adventure is fast, sometimes it just doesn't happen with what feels like 2-3 minutes of "Loading map" with no result. Relog seems crisp and fast, almost faster than usual (I've done it many, many times now). Visiting friends also seems fast. Many guildies have the same issues. An adventure invite from a guildy took over ten minutes to arrive. I managed to get to the adventure eventually but the other invitee did not.
I can't get into the game today, since the home screen changed to the news about the anniversary event, and the gem sale is on... is it because of that?
Tries to load for a minute or two, then 'connection error'. Every time, all browsers, different computers.
Island isn't locked (friends can visit). No other internet problems.

Traditional "At the weekend after maintenance none and nothing works". Just a thumb up for a stable process.
UPD As for 9 AM GMT start working fine, can access both main island and adventure.

Unable to load game
once again, a sandycove only problem it seems
Server's down (at least SandyCove).
No-one works on the weekend to switch it off and on again.
Flock knows how BB is still in business.
I'm unable to get into Sandycove too. This constant issue is getting very tiring.
Please sort it.

Finally when homepage got back up I couldn't log in. Attempted to but got hammerman and a 1 second error message that disappeared before I could read it - I think it was the "A general error has occured.... bla bla" - message.
Tried to write to support, but Captcha was incorrect it said and "no response from recaptcha" error message. So writing to support was ALSO not possible ! what a joke!
Then after clearing browser cache and idk, I could log in WOOOOOOOOOOT amazing!! To think that such extreme is even ever possible!!
And also the game actually loaded !!! Again it's amazing !! There is however NO CHAT!! - even after refreshing and reloading many times,, no chat!!
maybe later this week there will be chat again if I can still log in and all these amazing things that has to happen to get that far!!

Update (18:20 CEST): We have received information that due to a technical problem a solution today is unlikely. Therefore, an actual solution is scheduled for tomorrow. This means that the game will most likely be unavailable until tomorrow.
SO be lucky that u could log back in today :)

Sadly its becoming tiresome and more often than not. Yesterday meant waste of premium time, loss of materials used for unable to complete tasks, the usual. Yes sometimes these things happen and can be understandable and acceptable, but with no apology/explanation, compensation for losses/inconvenience it appears that we are not the client/customers that are valued and respected and kept. I am not a happy bunny at the moment and have lost patience and confidence in the game providers. Do the pro's outweigh the con's anymore? Not at this present time, frustration, annoyance, and borderline anger are getting the better of things and clouding whether I should invest anymore time/money in a project so obviously flawed and is becoming less enjoyable with every, more frequent, server issue. Or should I just walk away and cut my losses and try another game to invest my efforts in. Sorry for the negativity folks but I feel its justified, at the enough is enough stage.

Is it too much to ask for an official acknowledgement of the ongoing server issues stopping us from playing the game?
US server has been down for days, but there is a notice there.
We are currently carrying out maintenance work on the website and/or game servers. This does not usually take longer than half a day.
Please be patient and wait a few minutes before you reload the site.

Re: the "Website Connection Issues" post on homepage, 25/9/24.
It'snot just the slow loading times from server, but UPlay's authentication servers are acting funky again.
These latest issues started when login screen kept defaulting to the WebAuth SDK page at Uplay, usually a sign that the authentication server is in trouble, and this is their "Plan B", it will hang on the actual login a number of times displaying the small brown hammerman until you catch a break and get a clean connection.
After that, then we get the issues detailed in your post, you need to speak to UPlay as well as investigating the game servers, they are both at fault.
What "social media" are we supposed to be looking for? Past experience has shown no activity from yourselves in a very long time on the official Fakebook page and many of us are unwilling to infect our computers with Twitter.
