My quest chain seem to be stuck - I made the requirement, the task bar is green, but I don't get opportunity to click complete.
I did refresh - I did log out and in again- still no change.

Please log out of your account for a minimum of 20 minutes to resolve this issue; your home-island needs to fully shutdown in order for this to work, so if you do not wait the aforementioned time, it won't work. Let me know when it's resolved!

Since the event started I could buy 0 Misty Cakes from the Merchant. Other guild members said they could buy 9. I also want to buy 9. :)

Maybe you bought in previous years? I think I did that, cause I can't buy any either.
Either they forgot to reset the amount you can purchase (e.g. a new purchase amount every year) or it's only a set amount per account for the lifetime of the account.
