Thank you all from these almost 13 years. I remember when i arrived to TSO at early year 2012. It was quite an different time back then. After some weeks, i was asked to join to moderator team by BB Ravel, and i did see "the light", as i got in to back stage. I realised, that even i had mod hammer, i could try to keep my player attitude when i work. I hope that i have succeed in that. I never thought, that in year 2024 i m still doing this. Specially, as so many good old mod friends have left, some even passed away. Well, Im still here. I bet many didnt belive that im one of the last ones who step down :D .
Its kind of sad to try find how to write all thouse good times. If i try, i would be propably banned because spamming the forum.
So, Thank you all, specially my ex mod friends, new mod friends, and players. You made this game. And sorry if i sometimes banned you, you propably deserved it at that time. And most of you guys know, i didnt ban easily.
Also thank you BB for giving me this opportunity to "work" beside you guys. Specially this long. 12,8 years, whoa! I say that is kind of long time. Almost from begining. Well, time to quit. Good bye to MOD_BruJah174, Welcome back BruJah174. Im sure that if stars are in right position, we will see in game :)

Thank you BruJah you have always been more than fair and you will be sorely missed. You have not just been a gr8 Mod but a chatty global player too. I do not speak much in global but I do view it quite a bit and hope that though a retired Mod we shall see your smiley chatter for a long time to come.

:D I was mostly in W2, Northisle, i had an account in Sandycove too,but i decicded to focus to only one server. And as i did my first account to Northisle, it was quite clear decicion. Last couple of years i havent been very chatty in global channels, just time to time when i have seen familiar players, i have chatted. I really like chatting, but i did let chat flow by its own. Back in old times i did chat a lot, but i noticed that some players didnt want to chat if there was mod around. Cheetah, i hope that i have been fair and equitable mod. ::A::

Hi Bruh, the last of the mods to hang up their hammer?. We had some good chats over the years. I logged in yesterday for first time in a few years, chat is so quiet, so few recognisable names.

Good to see Nogbad is still active, sadly we have lost some along the way, in 2022 Megg/Swiftly? ( think Swiftly was one of her nicknames) passed away, I had known Megg since the Settlers 4 days back in 2001,felt odd her light not green, when I logged in the game., then last year Tierzart from Newfoundland died. I feel sure some of the old timers will remember both.

I spoke to Ravel 2 weeks ago, she is doing well, but still the crazy woman she was.

Take care Bruh, you never know our paths may cross one day in game, but think you would need to be in NFL and not me in NI ;)

For those who have never done the role it takes an enormous amount of patience dealing with the players and with the oddities of dealing with BB's. As has been said Ravel as the best community Bb we had by miles but Bru was the best MOD e had without and doubt. Cya on Northisle chat mate, if and hen they actually remove the yellow colour from you.

Always nice to see oldtimers coming back. We sure had good time . Oh, i didnt know Megg and Tier have been also passed away. So many ex mod friends have passed over the years.

Yeah,Nog is still around :D and some other old time players, and we sometimes have been chatting in global. Oh, how i some times miss thouse old times. And old mod gang. And ofc BB Ravel. I also keep contact with Ravel time to time.

So sad to hear about Meggy and Tier, was fearing the worst, used to be in regular touch with Meg until the green light stopped coming on. :(
Couple of other ex mods pop in rarely, but lost touch with TDyl and lord_dragonito, Chris's health took a turn for the worse and hasn't phoned nor emailed since b4 I moved house, and 2 others were embroiled in horrible family situations, amazing how close we all got through Settlers.

Please give my love to Rav the next time you speak, she was the best and a Settlers player at heart.

Hi Nog. Yeah, strange how close we all came in TSO, specially Mod Team members, and ex members. Sad to hear these kind of things. I honestly miss thouse old times. We spent hours chatting, and watching channels. I will pass your greetings to Ravel. I also do keep contact with her, and couple of others. What an amazing community we have here. Even that chats are slower than it used to be, and many players have quit playing, we still have this special place here.

Still remember you and young Kristian becoming the first Mods to come from the new Northisle server, just when the IP ban got lifted and all the scammers from Castle Empire didn't want moderators. was like the Wild West for a while there.
Totally agree about this being a special place, I gradually ran down all other online games as demands on time and energy got harder, but here until the end, when that sad day comes will go back to playing games I can physically hold in my hands, got more than enough to see out my days, even good old text adventures make no demands upon you, no worries about internet connections or faulty servers, just there for your enjoyment whenever you feel like it. :)

Good old days. Indeed, thouse times were like wild west. There was so many ban hammer swings in day that i cant even remember. I think some of the players who got hit by Mod hammer are still incapable of playing. Their punishment continues till the end. TSO wild west, that was what they called Northisle,then the troublemakers went to another server. That place also is totally different place these days.
