Please, please, please, can we have some working servers for a change?
Do not want a repeat of the Halloween disaster on Sandycove, where we never got to spend our hard-earned pumpkins.
All 3 of our servers are crashing regularly, or unavailable to log in even during the quiet "outside of events" time, but Sandy is being particularly hard hit.
We know you can fix this, because when Sandycove started to get particularly bad, 5-6 German servers were also doing the same, they got fixed quickly, even at weekends, yet several months after this, we are still waiting for any improvement.
When it takes up to 2 hours just to find and then enter each server, I can easily lose a quarter of a day just watching hammerman perform as I try to go from server to server before I get to do anything in the game.
This situation is wholly unacceptable and you know it, please don't turn the best event in the calendar into another farce.

Oh, where do you think we're going to build a 4x4 building? Unless we get some more island space to build upon, that's going to be stuck in the star menu along with all the other stuff we'd love to build if only we could.

Still find it incredible that they believe the UK fell out of love with the franchise when Settlers 2 came out, when a disastrous publishing deal with Focus Multimedia meant that very few copies of the game ever made it to the shop shelves. I had to buy the base game from a seller in Singapore, and later tracked down the Expansion CD from the USA, we moved heaven and earth trying to get the game. But the damage was done, subsequent games were based wholly on input from German players.
Even though the real story came to light in 2000, when I was in lengthy contact with BB as S3 had just come out, and these were "real" BB, not the UBI "changelings" in sheep's clothing we encounter today, the belief that the UK hasn't got the Settlers fan base still pervades, despite being the 2nd strongest region on TSO these past 13 years, stubbornly staying faithful despite having to battle against faulty servers much more than any other instance, and a garbage platform that actually managed to be worse than Flash.
Now we're supposed to grin and bear it when paid for generals go missing on Halloween ventures for the 3rd year running, and a large proportion of Sandycove players never got to spend the pumpkins they fought against the odds to earn when your defective server permitted access.

Down already on day 1. Connection failed screen, no info nowhere, is it maintenance or just again some of the players cannot connect?

Edit: 1.5h I cannot get in, getting the connection failed screen like we see when there is maintenance. No info. Very well done.

Edit 2: was not opening any guild fest packs, dont have anymore in star, still cannot get in since about 18 pm CET.

Edit 3: suspected auth server, so logged out, closed browser. started browser again. Was expecting log in window to fill in details, went over with auto as my details are remembered, should not after user clicks log out manualy, and start button started loading game, so you have some mess there BB. If logged in user click on log out, next load of browser and game cannot do autoload with login details. as it did. cookies about session not deleted properly??? god knows, but auth server was prob. the problem.

Not according to Dev Diary...

- Christmas Market is locked, so 2 per Event not available for me.
- No Improved Floating Residence for 1495 presents available.
- For me, only one, not three, Concert Halls are available for 2795 presents.
- In addition to being included in the Jolly Winter Chest, the Oil Mill is also available on its own for 4495 presents.
- In addition to being included in the Jolly Winter Box, the Igloo Storehouse is also available on its own for 3499 presents.
- In addition to being included in the Jolly Winter Bag and Box, the Cozy Cabin is also available on its own for 2750 presents.

I can live with the latter ones, but the Christmas Market is always on my Wish List.

For Improved Floating Residence, it was available for Xmas events from 2018-2022, so it is missing from the shop I beleive.
I was able to buy only one Humble explorer not 2 (like dev diary said) and there was no other limitation per player in the explanation.
So, whats gonna be ...

For me the humble explorer was completely locked, so 0 here, not 2. But I can buy 2 Christmas markets.

The number of prem days in the chest is wrong. This and store star 3x1,2x3 and 3x7. Chest contained 1 of each, so 11 days total instead of 30. I look forward to recieving the missing 19 days worth of prem.

They are stacked, not seperate like the rest of your prem days.

Ice skating lake, looks like they(devs) or you(BB) forgot to include bookbinder, the basic one. affects adventure ones. Production in normal BB not changed from 10h on manu.

Really tired of those new buildings not having effects as described.

It is the same with all the chests. You get 1 of each prem day listed and not the advertised amount.

just added my 7 day from winters chest and got 7 days premium not 21 like you suggest. So not stacked

Having the same issue. Such an expensive building to not be functioning as described.

Apparently, description in building is vague, says bookbinders, but we have to check dev diary, where is way more buildings listed, and think normal bookbinder not on the list. Even tho, if you read inbuilding description, on it says provisions and bookbinders, so one would think bookbinder is in.
But inbuilding says nothing about oil mills and plenty other it affects.

Btw. dunno what is worse, crashes in the past, or constant general ERROR and some autorefreshes all the time after instead of sorting out bugs you put that new autorefresh code up.
