Unknown ID and Combat Academy Problem

Hello,

I've been getting weird bugs in the game for a very long time (for years). I've opened a ticket with the support team about it before, and even though I did everything they said, it didn't fix the problem.

I tried it on three different computers, Windows11, Windows10 and macOS Sequoia, and the result is the same.

Well, i guess not many have seen this error- i certainly havent seen or heared about it

If a ticket to support doesnt fix it, there is always the hamfisted one, deleting the academy and rebuilding it - as it is on different computers it is most likey a database issue and then you have to hope that a rebuild clears that one-

I have the same problem, my collegue in the office, too. My combat academy is like the screenshot above, nothing in the production window. I sent a ticket, not resolved yet. I produced weapons in the combat armory, nothing changed. I demolished the academy and rebuilt it, nothing changed. I finished all other quests in the "colony mode" questline, now i only have "new troops" quest, but as i can't train units in the armory, i can't finish it.

I run the game in two different computers, one at the office, one at home. They both have the same problem.

I am also having the same problem with the Settlers Combat Academy. When I was at level 4, the production section was empty and I couldn't produce anything. I demolished it and rebuilt it, but the production section has been empty since level 1. Since I can't produce anything, I can't complete quests or go on expeditions.

It looks like your browser doesn't download all the necessary files or they are corrupted.

You could try clear your browser and Unity cache using this guide How to clear Unity Web Cache (https://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/38770-How-to-clear-Unity-Web-Cache)
Disable all browser extensions (adblockers and others that change the behavior how the browser downloads files)
Open the developer tools (explained in the How to clear Unity Web Cache) and open the network tab before you press the Play Game button. That will show you which files fail to download.

on both you tried multiple browser with latest update? i ask because for me it is show and i use actively so not sure if client or server side issue
