Not logging in

I have anew mac mini m4 and I am finding it nearly immpossible to login to the game. When I enter the login details the screen flashes twice and then stops, if I try and login again it tells me that I am blocked. I have tried all the usual suspects like cache, cookies, etc. still remains the same. If I use my laptop running windows 11 I do not have an issue. I have reported this more than once as a technical issue, but no one is responding not even an acknowledgement. Is anyone having the same issue or a solution to this.

they don't have staff capable of sorting such things, this is way behind new tech. they do not work on any mobile tablet or other stuff.
if you want to play, stick to old, while is working.
not sure, if platform they decided to go with after flash end, develops something new, they changed focus from games only to 3D. mean Unity. If you go to their web, you can see they shifting focus, doubt they spend any time on ooooold depreciated tech.
