Another weekend of being kicked of game. Cant stay in more than a few minutes and when i manage to stay in i try and open mail and get kicked out. I have cleared unity cache. Gave it time and reloaded the game only to have the same issues. This is NOT an issue on my SIDE, This is YOUR issue.... So PLEASE get it sorted.

Did you ever see them fix a problem on a weekend?
Its bequse Ubisoft is allmost dead. No support on the servers what so ever.

Possible (Ubisoft stock price is down almost 50% over the last year), but such conduct will accelerate their decline. There never was a company in trouble that was saved by cutting corners.

I have been trying since 8am this morning to complete 3 x Storm Recovery - I am still trying 9 hrs later - Hope your CEO had a more productive Sunday.
Such a shame that they don't care -it's s great game - been playing since 2012 -13 yrs - wonder if I'll finish the 3 x storm recovery in the next 13 yrs.

Since Friday cannot play longer then 5 - 6 minutes, servers lost message appears and kicks me out. After about 30 min cannot even log in. It already 3rd event the same problem.

so far Sandycove complaints and W5 Goldenau in germany. Prob same shared server?
So disappointing again. No connection for almost 2days and no one from "service providers'' care!
Granted we got an extra 2 days, but for those who are just new and seeing all this m'larky its no wonder they dont last.
Hammerman has been busy this weekend. At least prior today could get in even if for only for very short bursts and could send explorers. Today load logo then straight to a hammerman
Damn! And I was so looking forward to spending lots of real money on Gems :(

The situation seems to be getting worse. I never expected a fix on a weekend, but it's Monday afternoon (almost) EOB and still no fix. Any bets when they will shut down the game for good?

That would require them to acknowledge they have an issue. General practice is to ignore it and send an item in mail after event.

For real, the game is not friendly to new player base. It's too hard for them to get good stuff on events without the help of "older players".
I'm not 1 year completed on this game and it's very hard to keep new players still playing this with constant problems that unable them to have a good experience and ALSO blocks me to help them get good stuffs...
How can we make them keep playing like this? :/

I think it's gotten to the point where people cant even be asked to complain anymore. We've constantly been ignored regarding the ever increasing faults while nothing gets resolved, so just buy Gems and wait and see if the situation gets addressed today, if it's not then maybe tomorrow. Eventually someone will do a short term fix and so the cycle continues.
They are probably too busy making the new building, geo or whatever for Easter Event. Id rather they paused an event and fixed some the back end issues. But sadly they will keep pumping events with no regard fixing anything as I bet every event sees a boost in Gem sales.
Can't do any actions, hammerman comes and closes my game.... its already wednesday..

Sandycove has always had issues which seems to unfixable for years
For anything to happen someone (BB) have to care about it
It was working this morning and during the day, but there is a problem again...

The lack of communication actually speaks volumes. No apology, or "we're on the issues", nothing. They don't care. TSO used to be a great game, even worth spending money on. Right now it's not even worth spending time on. Pointless trying to login, because 90% of the time it's unsuccessful. And even we we do get in we are met with hammerman and kicked off again. Time to find something else less stressful to use my free time on

And there you go! 100% Happy Hour, the game don't load but you can buy gems? The mind truly boggles, Why would anyone but gems when you couldn't use them if you wanted too. Better off buying shares in a treacle mine run by the pixies from Noddy Land. Complete joke...read the room as you watch your client base dwindle yet further. The contempt you show us by lack acknowledging any issues makes even less sense, buy gems to line you pockets with and keep the lights on....sure....maybe once but longer. With zero confidence left that anything will ever change, not a snowballs chance in hell. "What goes around, comes around" they say, well I believe the consequences of your lack of interest will be repaid 10 fold by your once loyal fan base, as if you haven't lost enough already, The day will come when all the good will in the world won't give any chance of survival. It pains me to see such a great, enjoyable and challenging game (when working) operated so poorly with little regard to the people that have paid for gems (in the past myself included). It is really disappointing, disconnected and disgusting, so I wont hold my breath for solutions to happen as its the fourth (working) day and the coffee machine is the only thing worthy of attention... yeah I'm officially miffed!!!!

A script runs every night fixing this particular issue.
yh it unlocked me but still cant get on the game, at least its not locked, i can breathe a bit but would be nice to be able to play.

That must be new, because I had this in the past on a Friday evening, wrote to support, and it was fixed only on the following Monday (because, as we know, in this company nobody works on the weekend).
