explorers unable to find treasure

over the last two/three days I have been getting explorers unable to find treasure

there's a code with it but i didnot catch it I'll update in 1.5 hours

Hi, on the first day of this event i had onscreen messages saying "your explorer did not find a treasure" but there were explorer mails with treasure in my mailbox from them.
