https://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/home still cant log in and people that are playing use unofficial launchers to play ( the unity luancher that discontineud after they got the website running again when java discontinued) please solve this and in the meantime postphone the event so it would be fair for affected people not being able to play

I wasn't able to get in the US servers until this morning but I am using Firefox. The people using the client we able to log in for the last few days with no problems it appears but you should be able to get into the game with just the browser now. Something else might be going on with you - have you tried different browsers?

its not the browser. have been using this browser for years and after the first outages got back on before the second outages. so no its not the browser and cipsoft isnt being responsive to me and other people repsting issues os i made a NEW thread hoping they woudl re-read it
when will the dutch server be online ? Will you repay /compensate the days we loose on the event ? Lots of dutch people cannot login and are probably leaving the game so your investment will be negative saldo,kind regards .Do dutch players really does not matter to new owner ?

i,m also dutch but play on the global english server ( not the british english one) that thing also didnt work for friday and unless they postphone or redo the event i want to atleast get a change to get gems or a way ot earn them back ( liek those adventure quest thingies that you get form crystals in excelsior)
sad that with getting better in cleaning out the store with the easter tree and all the snowyes and fluffy butte explorers i wont be getting this years newly added goodies like both the workshop and clumsy geologist. which is always a priority for me when doing events (getting the newly added goodies then the explorers thne use the leftover event currency on random needed buildings/packages
I haven't been able to login to Zeus for 18 hours now. Webpage for .net is broken like it was with the previous login issues.

Thank you for your reports! We're sorry to hear that you still experience login issues and we understand how frustrating this is. Unfortunately, we're currently unable to resolve such issues directly on our side, since the game has not yet been migrated and integrated into our own infrastructure. We're in direct contact with the designated teams at Ubisoft and have already forwarded the reports we've been receiving regarding this matter so that they can investigate these problems and work on a solution.

but what about the event? for the people not beign able to play that is totally unfair and the event should have been postphoned untill fixes were found
Thanks for the reply. At least we know that you know there are problems. There needs to be a better system for reporting, the settlers X accounts are abandoned as are the facebook pages.
stuff like that can only be fixed after they moved the login infrastructure away from Ubisoft
All these issues are related to ubisoft/BB interactions in the past and they dont want to solve these issues
As i understood, the migration will take some time so it is only after that is done, that cipsoft can start looking at the causes and solutions

as long as we dont have to make new accounts and migrate our accounts to another account, i dont need another account for something liek this ( but if it msut then i will but like they needed you to register a new account when you played via facebook so they closed the facebook login after a sertain immigration timeframe)

server works again but missed 2 days of event ( that is today and yesterday included)
