to be honest, yes there will be small guilds interested

2 small issues:

1) most people do not actively read forums let alone the guild info section
2) most small guilds are either relatively inactive or don;t want to recruit much

It is great to see you try the official route by posting here- but most will find their new guild in general chat and/or by whipsepring some guilds they like
