Stuck at level 11

I seem to be stuck at lvl 11, got the barracks quest, but cant build one untill level 12, what to do? I have been level 11 since last night.

So... Try emptying the cache and cookies and updating Flash. If this does not work, contact teh support team and see if they can find an answer to this problem.
