Storehouse information tabs

Well for my first thread is just a small pointer that I think should be included.

A 'Demand' Tab in the storehouse information. Something along the lines that will show you who demands what resources and maybe what they have used in the past 1hr/24hrs. I know there is the general rule of thumb of so many bakers per mill etc but for me I think I would be a better player of the game if i was able to work from demands rather than a supply perspective. Call me an economist or what ever but I think it would be highly useful!
