connected to the server

I can't seem to get connected to the server. I alraidy had 5 times in 30 minutes cleared my caches and it still doesn't work porpelly...
This problem I have every day and after trying for an our then I stay connect...
please help....

What errors did you get? What version is your flash player? What browser are you using?

the game kicks me all the time off..
can't stay connected

my flashplayer is the latest version I alraidy tried to update that but that didn't work 'cos that's up to date...

the browers that I tried are 'internet explorer', firefox and chrome none of these browers can keep me connected

I'm out of options now my guild even try's to help but nothing works
everytime I'm disconnected I clear my caches even my router I shutdown for more then 10 minutes it won't help

please fix this isseu if U can I raily out of options

If you've already tried all of that, I think the problem is your internet service because no one experiences the same problem as you do. i had no issues for 4 days now and then suddenly from about 4pm today 24th dec, neither I nor my sister can log on for more than 5mins without getting kicked out.
says Server Error Call - please press ok to refresh browser.
Can barely build a building or send a specialist out without it kicking us. getting rather frustrating as we had no issues before now.

iv'e cleared cashe - i use chrome
i have 50mb Broadband which my bro is currently playing Battlefield 3 on with no issues just like yesterday all day when we where on TSO
i have reset router and modem
flash player is uptodate

pleasse help this game is great but its become unplayable now

have the same problem, can;t play the game, after a few minutes i got "connection to server lost click to refresz the page" or something like that, is it a joke ? i use FF and have the latest flash player, cleared cashe and still the same, i donlt think is the internet problem couse i can play MMO like SW ToR or WoW or any others flash-based games wihout any problems, only here i got disconected all the time
