General transfer

When a general is transferred to another position and on the way is passing through enemy territory, it should be stopped by camps on which territory is trespassing - now he's passing without issues by them. Also if this is implemented, also should be implemented way-points for the general trajectory.

By most of the players it is considered a feature rather than a bug, and is also a crucial part of strategy and planning when it comes to doing adventures.
