Misplaced text

Hello,

There are some buildings that do not use recources like the watermill and the recycling plant.
However when you hover above the upgrage knob you get the following text "NOTE: Also inceases the amount of needed recources for the production"

I think that is incorrect since these do not use recources.

edit: had a typo in the title and can not fix it :(
