Accepted Trades not clearing from the mail window

i have 4 trades so far that wont clear from my mail list.

here is an example of the type of trade im talking about

guild mate needs some resources, i decide to be nice and gift them 400 units of said resource in exchange for 1 unit of fish (currently there is no other way to gift resources without requiring something in exchange)

the guild mate accepts the trade and i get a message in mail for me to accept the 1 unit of fish

i accept the trade then close the mail window

i then reopen the mail window and the trade is there again for me to accept (this is with an interval or more than 5 minutes and/or page reload)

unsure what to do to stop the mail message from clogging up my inbox

Ive got exactly the same problem :(

Same here accepted trade messages which seem to be stuck in my mailbox and cannot be deleted. They are becoming annoying.

Are any of the Mods/Dev Team reading the posts/feedback on this forum? The original posts above were posted months ago and no reply from Mods/Dev Team - plus the issue does not appear to have been addressed.

Is the resource your trying to accepted full in your warehouse?

This usually happens when your store is full of that particular item.
For example, if you have a '1 fish' mail stuck, try making 1 deer poo in the prov house, then go to mail and accept the trade.
Pain in the neck when it's pine logs though. :(
