chat got a bit frantic about 20mins ago then my chat section just vanished. have tried logging out and in again etc and it hasnt loaded up again (i didnt get banhammered or something im hoping), any help would be welcome

ps sorry to anyone who replied to me that ive completely ignored, wasnt intentional at all, think this is just my pc playing up but any suggestions welcome
(havent got trade, whisper, any of the options)
just tried opening settlers in explorer (normally use firefox) hasnt made a difference
make sure you have updated your browser and flash to latest version.. And do try to play the game on another browser to check if its any better.

Sam - also have the same problem. I've logged tickets before, but think BB is aware of problem as I think it was mentioned in chat a couple of days ago that it is an issue that's being looked at.
May be it will be fixed next week, or the one after...
I have same problem as you. That's annoying because i cant do any trade :/ i don't think that it is some browser or flash player issue, This takes few days.
Sorry for troubles it fixed now.
I've been having the same problem since last Thursday's maintenance. I open TSO and all tabs are there but after about 5 mins I only have the Global window. If I restart the tabs are there again for about 5 mins. I have cleared my cache etc etc but all to no avail.
Try to delete your cookies and cache.
What i done to get my chat panel back is:
Download from internet CCleaner (Latest version: v3.14.1616) and just Run Cleaner.
All what this Software does is Clean your Temporary files, history, cookies, download history, form history.
You can do almost everything what that program does by yourself on the most browsers i think. ;) .
