Chat box oversize

I don't know if this is the exact place to report bugs, if it's not, redirect me please.

So, I tried to change the size of the chat box, and suddenly my hand slipped and moved the top of the chat box under the navigation bar of the web-browser. After that, I couldn't resize it or minimize it. I uploaded a pic to show you what happens.

(I used a image sharer so that I could sent an image with the minimum loss of quality, 97kb on a *.jpg is to small for me :p)

It's not something that prevents you to play, since after the page refresh, it restores the size of the chat box. But it's still a bug, that may annoy new users.

Possible solutions: put a max size on the box, so the box never passes the top of the page. the max size may be detected on loading, detecting the size of the window.
