building licences

1. I have 1 building licence left
2. build a stable
3. resources not enough & receive a "no building licence left" message
4. try add resource to build.
5. I found the stable does not show in the buinding sequence.
5. F5 , reload browser
6. the stable disappear(it never start building,)
7. MY building licence doesn't come back and the stable missing.(the resources are still there)

hmm .. it could be that you never had a license left in the first place and that, that was just lag... but if your certain that you actually had the license send a ticket to support
