When you have last 1 piece of material in mine/quarry/field after the cycle (which take the time) your settler come to storehouse but doesn't bring any harvested material.
If you have farm lvl 3 and there is 2 wheat left, settler harvests them and brings nothing into storage.
I know it is a little ammount, but it's a bug.
