I destroy two stone masons and try to build steel smelter and steel weaponsmith but I can´t because I don´t have 2 building licences only one, so 1+1=1 ?
Yes I try to refresh by taking of browers cache and everything what you could do in Chrome but when I come back to game situation is same, so I lose that one building licence.
