Button - Send Trade Requst - in Trade folder

Strange problem
I connected by Facebook - but by direct login the problem is not solved.
Yes i have trying anything, deleting internet temp, temp folders, but nothing works for solving it.
I am at the end of lvl 18, today lvl 19 reaching.
yesterday 4 mrt on 12:00 GMT i have this problem, it started by lost connection,
after re-login then the 'send trade request' shows into grey background (not the normal background collor button) and dont work from that time on.
any thing else function normaly - but if i do Add Offer nobody responding to it olso - before the error this function normaly
I can Update, sorting offer & cost, olso add offer, but cannot 'trading'
And yes, i have the Brach Office - if you dont you dont seeing the Trade Folder at all.
PLEASE HELP for solution it
