Fir wood logs not increasing.

4 days ago I were producing a lot of exess Fir wood logs. So i thought id build a bow maker. After the bow maker was built my storage of Fir wood logs declined rapidly until empty. So i decided to uppgrade my Fir wood cutters. I uppgraded 7 of them and still didnt make a plus. I then went and stopped the bow maker. And I still dont make a surplus. Even with the bowmaker I should be making a surplus of 360-400 logs every hour. Ive lost a lot of materials because of this and used a lot to uppgrade my fir would cutters unneseserly. How can i fix this?

PS: I havent changed any other building using fir wood at this time. Only uppgraded the cutters and stopped the bow maker.
