Lost last building license

Built a coal mine with my last building license.

Upgraded the mine once. No problem.

Upgraded the mine a second time. But time didn't the upgrade process start visually*. Also, the produced coal which it normally doesn't during the upgrade process. Pressed the upgrade button several times, but no gain.

I then refreshed the webpage to see if I could see the upgrade process.

When I came back is the mine gone but the resourses is back to 3000. But the building license didn't return. I also lost the tools from the first upgrade.

What to do to get the lost building license back?


*I have experienced the upgrade process started in the background even though there are no visual feedback. Probably due to slow connetion/lag. After refreshing the webpage is the upgrade process visual and then can it be at 60% or what ever it is at.

Similar experience here:

built iron mine with last license, tried to upgrade, but nope (though I had the required tools).
Refreshed browser, re-logged in: iron mine was gone, marble and planks used for building were back in stock, but not the building license.

Not sure if I now have the correct number of buildings (max building count, +1, or -1)
