Building licences disappear

Hello,

I've some problems with building licences.
I think it was yesterday when I logged in and I had -1 building licences...
So I thought well maybe it's a little bug... but I counted my buildings and I had 96 buildings
I have 95 building licences... so something must have went wrong :P

Today I have destroyed 3 stone masons and -1 buildings licences turned into 2
If you do the math thats the correct ammount.. but then I rebuilded one stone mason and I had 0 building licences!
I counted my buildings again and I had 94 buildings... so I should have 1 buildings licences left.

After refreshing the browser 3 times I got back that lost building licence
Then I thought maybe I should report this so they can fix it in upcoming updates :)

So here's my story, hopefully it was usefull :)
