Over a day ago I was trading and noticed an offer showing in the window that I had not added so I cancelled it. It said I can make my next offer in over 24days time. It is currently on 23d 5h and I'm wondering if this is the way it should be or I have an issue. I can buy stuff OK but just cannot add any offers, I'm not willing to waste 5 gems to instantly add an offer.
