Server connection failed

Hi there.
Ever so often while buff'ing my freinds, an particullary when I'm changing from one to another I get the message "Server connection failed" followed directly by ban "BAN- You are banned- contact support". I am then sent to log-on screen, and can log back in again.
I have Win7HP, Opera 11.61 (don't you dare try to make me changeto another), Intel-iCore 3-2057 w 8GB Ram 500Gb hdd

im not sure if it is the opera browser... but

i have it myself and i know how you feel, but you might want to try with another just to see what happens.... a lot of games don't have support for opera. if it still happens on another browser then best to send a ticket to support
